Former Chief Minister and Leader of Opposition Bhupinder Singh Hooda said while the Congress government developed Gurugram into a world-class Millennium City, the BJP has turned it into a ‘Crime City’ in just 10 years.

‘Government a silent spectator’

Criminals commit crimes without fear, while the government remains a silent spectator. This is why investments in Haryana are continuously declining, and industries and businesses are being forced to migrate. When the Congress forms the government, the rule of law will be re-established throughout Haryana, including Gurugram. — Bhupinder Singh Hooda, Leader of Opposition

“Criminals commit crimes without fear, while the government remains a silent spectator. This is why investments in Haryana are continuously declining, and industries and businesses are being forced to migrate. When the Congress forms the government, the rule of law will be re-established throughout Haryana, including Gurugram,” he said.

Seeking votes and support for Congress candidate Mohit Grover from Gurugram, Hooda urged the public to elect Grover to restore Gurugram’s lost glory. “The BJP has looted thousands of crores from the public through repeated scams. In contrast, the Congress will put money back in the pockets of the people through its welfare schemes,” he said. He further added, “The BJP has funnelled all the money into the hands of corrupt individuals, drug smugglers and big capitalists. But the Congress will support the poor, farmers, Dalits, backward classes, housewives and the elderly through its schemes.”
