Aditya Devi Lal is INLD leader in Vidhan Sabha

The Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) national general secretary, Abhay Singh Chautala, has appointed Aditya Devi Lal as the leader of the party’s legislative group in the Assembly, with Arjun Chautala as the chief whip.

This decision was made following the approval of the national president of the party, Om Prakash Chautala.

On Friday, during the Assembly session, newly elected INLD legislators Aditya Devi Lal and Arjun Chautala took their oaths of office, administered by the Pro-tem Speaker.

In his address, Aditya Devi Lal congratulated the newly elected Speaker and Deputy Speaker, acknowledging the historical ties both families shared with the INLD and their connections to Devi Lal and Om Prakash Chautala as both family and comrades in the party’s struggles.

The current state Assembly session welcomes 40 new legislators, including Aditya Devi Lal and

Arjun Chautala.
