Karnal, August 21

The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has intensified its poll campaign. Party’s national general secretary (orgnisation) and Rajya Sabha MP Sandeep Pathak held a meeting with the party workers of Karnal and Sonepat Lok Sabha Constituencies to chalk out the strategy for the Assembly elections on October 1. He exhorted party workers to work with dedication to bring AAP to power in Haryana.

“Not much time is left for the Assembly elections. Every AAP worker must expedite their efforts to reach out to people. This is not one person’s responsibility, but it is our collective responsibility,” said Pathak, adding that it was the efforts of AAP workers which had brought the party to power in Delhi and Punjab.

He further criticised the BJP for trying to gradually dismantle the reservation system and undermine the livelihoods of traders and farmers. Interacting with mediapersons, he said the AAP will intensify its campaign, registering the guarantees given by Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal. “We will visit every household, informing the public to question other parties when they come asking for votes on what they will do when they get the chance to govern,” he added.

Dr Pathak said AAP would showcase the work done by Arvind Kejriwal in Delhi and Punjab and present his vision. He mentioned that AAP will hold rallies in every constituency and ensure that Kejriwal’s guarantees on electricity, employment, education, healthcare, and others reach every household.
