14 complaints resolved at samadhan camp
The Municipal Corporation has begun ‘samadhan’ camps to address grievances of local residents.
MCG Commissioner, Dr Narhari Singh Banger, said 71 complaints were received on the first day, out of which 14 were resolved on the spot and the remaining were referred to the authorities concerned.
He said on the one hand the gap between the common people and the officials would be filled through the ‘samadhan’ camps, and on the other, public complaints would also be resolved within the fixed time limit.
While presiding over a ‘samadhan’ camp at Sector 34, the MCG Commissioner urged residents to cooperate in making the city clean, beautiful, pollution-free, and better.
He said that mechanised sweeping is being done by Municipal Corporation Gurugram in compliance with the Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP) orders, and to prevent dust from flying, purified water procured from STP plants is also being sprayed on the roads and trees.
