135 employees transferred under randomisation process in Kurukshetra
As many as 135 employees posted in the district headquarters, tehsil and subdivision offices have been transferred under randomisation process in Kurukshetra.
Deputy Commissioner Rajesh Jogpal said, “A total of 135 employees have transferred and the entire process has been done in a transparent manner. The staff, including clerks, computer operators, and computer assistants, posted in the district headquarters, tehsil, and sub-division offices have been transferred in a transparent manner under the randomisation process. This new initiative will bring more transparency in the work related to public dealing in government offices. The prime objective of the effort is to ensure smoothness in the works related to registry clerks, birth registration, domicile certificate, marriage certificate and other works for which people reach at government offices.”
“Efforts are being made to ensure that all work is done in a transparent and time-bound manner. Of 135 employees, 58 clerks and 77 computer operators have been transferred. All these employees have also been instructed to take charge of their new postings with immediate effect,” he added.
The Deputy Commissioner said the employees who have been transferred will be transferred again in six months. The advantage of this process will be that no employee will be able to stay on the same seat for a long time. There will be more transparency in government work. Earlier, there were recommendations for appointment on these posts, but, now, through software operated randomisation, the entire transfer process has been done in a transparent manner.
Under the randomisation process, registry clerks of Ladwa, Shahabad, Pehowa, Ismailabad, Thanesar, readers of Tehsildars of Thanesar, and Ladwa, computer operators, computer assistants, reader of District Block Development and Panchayat Department, steno of Deputy Commissioner's Office as well as employees posted on other posts have been transferred. The list of transferred employees has also been uploaded on the NIC (National Informatics Centre) website.
