Haryana transfers 44 IAS officers: Sumita Misra new Home Secretary; Khemka is Transport ACS
The Haryana government has transferred 44 IAS officers.
After giving Anurag Rastogi charge of Chief Secretary for three days, the Haryana government posted 1990-batch officer as the new Financial Commissioner, Revenue. He would continue to hold the charge of ACS, Finance, as well.
The much-awaited transfers were due since the BJP government was sworn-in on October 17. The Haryana government issued the transfer orders late on Sunday night.
Another 1990-batch IAS, Sumita Misra, is the new Home Secretary.
She has been posted as ACS Home, Jails, CID.
Apoorva K Singh would be the new ACS, Town and Country Planning and Urban Estates Department, in addition to holding the charge of Energy.
The 1991-batch officer, Ashok Khemka, considered close to Transport Minister Anil Vij, has been posted as ACS, Transport Department.
ACS, Health, Sudhir Rajpal, has additionally been given Medical Education and Research and Ayush Department, ACS Forests and Wildlife, Anand Mohan Sharan, has been given Food and Civil Supplies department as well.
While Vineet Garg will be ACS, Higer Education Department, D Suresh as been posted as Principal Secretary, Industries and Commerce, Shyamal Mishra, would be the new CEO, Faridabad Metropolitan Development Authority and Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority as also the Principal Secretary, Civil Aviation Department.
Rajiv Ranjan would hold the charge of Principal Secretary, Labour, in addition to his present duties while Vijay Singh Dahiya has been posted as Commissioner and Secretary, printing and Stationery, and Animal Husbandry. Mohd. Shayin goes as Commissioner and Secretary, Housing for All and Public Health, Amit Kumar Aggarwal would be Commissioner and Secretary, Development and Panchayat, Public Relations and Foreign Cooperation Department.
D Suresh, Principal Secretary, Higher Education, has been posted as Principal Secretary, Industries and Commerce, while Ashima Brar, Secretary of SEWA Department, will look after Excise and Taxation besides brief MD of the Haryana Vidyut Parsharan Nigam.
Sanjeev Verma, currently posted as Divisional Commissioners, Rohtak Division, would be Director General, Sports Department. Geeta Bharti, Divisional Commissioner, Ambala Division, would be Secretary, Home- 1 and Home-2.
Vinay Pratap Singh would be Administrator, Trade Fair Authority of India.
Prashant Panwar, Nuh DC have been shifted as SEWA Director.
