The school took a significant step towards promoting environmental sustainability by organising a rally to advocate for a “No Crackers Green Diwali”. The enthusiastic members of the Hansraj Public School Peace Club participated in the rally, zealously spreading awareness about the importance of reducing pollution and promoting eco-friendly practices during the festive season. Principal Jaya Bhardwaj emphasised the importance of celebrating Diwali in a manner that respects the environment. She urged students to recognise the profound impact of their actions on the planet, stating, “Our choices have consequences, and by choosing to say no to crackers, we are not only reducing pollution but also cultivating a culture of responsibility and care for our planet.”
