An automatic touch-free hand sanitiser dispenser was installed at the entrance of Dr Radhakrishnan Medical College and Hospital (DRMCH) here. The sensor-based dispenser was donated by the Dr Pushpinder Verma Fans Club to the medical college.
Verma said sufficient liquid sanitiser was also given to the hospital. He said the members of the club had sanitised every village and ward of the Hamipur constituency twice, and the third round was already in progress.
Medical college Principal Anil Chauhan said the club was in service of people during the lockdown and had donated Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) kits, sanitisers, gloves and masks to the staff of the college. He urged people to use masks while coming to the hospital and sanitise hands before entering the building.
