Gurugram is all set for elections in total 1,507 booths, where over 14 lakh voters will cast their franchise. District Commissioner (DC) and Election Officer Nishant Kumar Yadav outlined the administration's comprehensive efforts to ensure a smooth and voter-friendly election process. Yadav highlighted the presence of voter-friendly booths, aimed to provide convenience to all voters, especially women, senior citizens and persons with disabilities. Special booths, such as 'pink booths' for women and PWD booths for persons with disabilities, have been set.

Yadav also called on the district's 41,000 first-time voters, encouraging them to actively participate in this democratic process. Gurugram comprises. He added that over 15,000 personnel, including 7,000 election staff and 8,000 police and paramilitary officers were deployed to ensure the election is conducted peacefully.
