Four shooters today appeared in a Mansa court for identification by prime eyewitness Gurvinder Singh in the Sidhu Moosewala murder case.
Case properties, including an SUV in which Moosewala was travelling, two cars in which the shooters fled from the crime scene and an AK-47 were also presented in the court.
The court has ordered all accused to appear before the court via video-conferencing on December 23. Additionally, Moosewala’s father, Balkar Singh, has been asked to appear in the court for testimony on January 10, 2025.
Advocate Satinderpal Singh Mittal, representing the Moosewala family, said four shooters — Priyavart Fauji, Ankit Sersa, Deepak Mundi, Kashish, alias Kuldee, and a recce specialist, Sandeep Kekra, were presented physically in the court. Mittal said all other accused, including Lawrence Bishnoi and Jaggu Bhagwanpuria appeared via video- conferencing.
Advocate Parminder Singh Beniwal, representing Bishnoi and Bhagwanpuria, said the court ordered to present the SUV, two cars and a weapon, which were identified by Gurvinder. He stated that the next hearing would be held on December 23.
