Firing at house of Pataudi MC head
Gurugram, April 12
Gang rivalry and liquor war came to the fore yet again in Pataudi as two bike-borne armed assailants fled after firing at the house of Chander Bhan Sehgal, president of the Pataudi municipality this afternoon.
Before this Sehgal was threatened by a gangster Goldy Barar over a Whatsapp call, reportedly made from Canada, demanding a 50 per cent stake in his liquor business. The entire act of firing was captured on CCTV cameras installed at the house of Sehgal. The police started investigation after registering a case at the Pataudi police station, but no clue has been found so far.
Sehgal was a business partner of Thakran brothers, who were shot dead on February 25. Cops suspect ongoing Bishnoi and Kaushal gang rivalry behind the same.
An FIR was registered at the Pataudi police station.
