FIR over fake letter of support of Congress MP Brahamachari

Following an alleged fake letter of Congress MP Satpal Brahamachari’s appealing to support an Independent candidate went viral on social media, the police have registered a case against the social media page owner on the complaint of the MP’s office incharge at Gohana.

In his complaint to the Gohana City SHO, Mohit Sharma said he was taking care of the MP Satpal Brahamchari’s office at Gohana. He received a complaint from MP’s PA Kapil that someone used the letter head of MP Satpal Brahamchari in which a fake appeal to support an Independent candidate Rajbeer Dajhiya was made. After getting the video viral on social media, the Congress had to clarify it on several platforms. Following the complaint, the City Gohana police have registered a case and began the probe.
