Shivangi Verma, who has been part of the web series Tera Ishq Mera Fitoor, says that the advent of OTT has changed her career trajectory. She adds that she got to a play a role, which was unheard of in conventional platforms.

“The rise of OTT platforms has brought a big change to my career. Earlier, the options were mainly films or TV shows, but now, with OTT, there are so many new opportunities. It’s like a whole new world opened up. For someone like me, who was looking to try different types of roles, OTT has been a blessing,” she says.

Ask her if the availability of diverse roles on OTT platforms has influenced her choices when selecting projects, and she says, “Yes, definitely. One of the best things about OTT is the variety of roles available. There are so many different genres and stories that it allows actors to pick roles that truly excite them. I don’t have to limit myself to one kind of character. Instead, I can try different shades and emotions, and that’s what makes it fun.”
