Actress Hina Khan, who is gearing up to celebrate her 37^th birthday on October 2, has chosen to start the festivities early, embracing joy and resilience even as she faces the challenges of undergoing chemotherapy for stage three breast cancer.

Taking to Instagram stories, Hina shared a heartfelt moment with her 20.3 million followers, posting a snapshot of a cake adorned with rose petals and topped with a golden candle. The caption read, ‘And it begins...first cake’.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
