Punjabi sensation Diljit Dosanjh, who is set to perform in Hyderabad as part of his Dil-Luminati Indian tour, took a moment to mark the occasion of Gurpurab by praying at a Gurdwara in the city on Friday.

Sharing a glimpse of the visit on Instagram, Diljit was seen offering prayers at the Gurdwara, enjoying kada prasad, and posing for photos with fans who had gathered outside. Diljit’s visit to Hyderabad comes ahead of his much-anticipated performance as part of his Dil-Luminati tour. He recently performed in Abu Dhabi, where he proudly addressed the crowd, saying, “Punjabi aa gaye Abu Dhabi,” before delivering a powerful rendition of “Tu Mujhe Kabool” from the 1992 Bollywood classic Khuda Gawah. He shared a video of the moment on Instagram, captioning it, “Marhaba Abu Dhabi.”

In Khuda Gawah, a 1992 epic directed by Mukul S. Anand, Diljit’s musical homage to the iconic film reflected his diverse influence in both the Indian and international music scenes. The film, which stars Amitabh Bachchan and Sridevi, tells the story of Badshah Khan’s quest for justice, set against the backdrop of Afghanistan and India.
