There is always massive rush at the Krsnaa lab, run by a contractor, at the IGMC for getting medical tests done, and the long wait turns into an ordeal for the patients or their attendants. The hospital administration should increase the hours of operation of its own laboratories to reduce the load at the Krsnaa lab.
