Deputy Chief Whip lauds Speaker’s appointment

Deputy Chief Whip Kewal Singh Pathania today congratulated HP Legislative Assembly Speaker Kuldeep Singh Pathania on his appointment as the Coordinator of the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association (CPA) India Region-II.

The Chief Whip lauded the Speaker for his distinguished leadership and tireless efforts towards upholding democratic values, both within the state and across the nation.

“The Speaker has been a staunch advocate for the rights of farmers and labourers, promoting social harmony and offering free legal aid to the underprivileged. His legal career spans several years, with extensive practice across the state,” he said.

Pathania expressed confidence that the Speaker would promote parliamentary democracy and collaboration among commonwealth nations.
