RESIDENTS of Block-1, Old Rajinder Nagar, New Delhi, have been greatly affected by the deteriorating quality of the water supply in the area. The water is of a yellowish-brown colour, and has been giving off a foul, sewer-like smell for the past three days. The contaminated water is unsuitable for personal and household use.
