With civic agencies spending crores of rupees on providing infrastructure, like roads and their beautification, poor maintenance or upkeep has been a cause of concern. As damaged infrastructure is not repaired and no vigil is maintained, machinery and equipment made of iron, steel or other material tends to get stolen. Steel rails and tree guards provided on the dividing roads in many of the residential and commercial sectors are stolen by unscrupulous elements. Such items get sold in the scrap market, however, it has become a menace in the city as no action is taken by the authorities to prevent it. Rakesh Kashyap, Faridabad

Is a civic issue bothering you? Are you agitated over the lack of concern? Is there something heartening that you feel needs to be highlighted? Or a picture which in your opinion ought to be seen by many, and not just you?
