The owner of the luxury car showroom in West Delhi’s Naraina where a firing incident took place last month, has received a fresh threat, according to the police, police officials said on Thursday.

The police said that one person has been arrested in connection with the case. Deputy Commissioner of Police (West), Vichitra Veer, said that the arrested individual, identified as Karan, does not appear to have any connection to organised crime.

“The accused does not have any link with any of the gangs, but he tried to take advantage of the situation by sending a threat letter to a luxury car showroom,” Veer stated. Karan reportedly used a two-wheeler-based delivery application to send the threatening letters, which reached the showroom on the evening of October 4.
