Delhi was hit by intense rain yet again on Thursday, leading to severe waterlogging and widespread traffic disruptions. The day began with dark clouds, and by late afternoon, the skies opened up, resulting in a heavy downpour that continued into the evening. It led to significant waterlogging in several areas, including Akbar Road, Rafi Marg, and Ferozshah Road, as shown in numerous visuals circulating on social media.

The rain has also led to major traffic congestion, with roads such as Vikas Marg experiencing long traffic jams. Commuters faced considerable delays reaching their destinations due to stagnant water on the roads.

The sudden downpour has dropped Delhi’s temperature to 23°C, providing respite from the recent heat but compounding the traffic issues.
