Deepender: BJP indulging in politics of jhooth, phoot and loot
Congress MP Deepender Hooda today said the ruling BJP had been indulging in the politics of ‘jhooth, phoot and loot’ as it resorted to lies, creating division in society and looting the resources. “But it has only two weeks left as the people of Haryana have decided not to vote for either the BJP, or its vote cutters,” he said.
Addressing an election rally at Ratia in Fatehabad district organised in support of Congress candidate Jarnail Singh, he said, “The BJP’s only principle is to lie, make brothers fight, create division in the name of caste, religion and loot heavily, wearing the garb of honesty”.
Deepender said this time people would not make the mistake of voting for the BJP or its vote-cutter parties.
The Congress leader said for five years the BJP-JJP looted the state and committed scam after scam. These include liquor scam, Dadum mining scam, Yamuna mining scam, Gwal Pahari scam, property ID scam, family ID scam, paddy scam, rice scam, cooperative scam, FPO scam, HSSC recruitment scam, crores of rupees caught in HPSC office, paper leak scam, cash for job, millet purchase scam, ration scam, sanitation fund scam, roadways kilometre scheme scam, HTET scam, scholarship scam, crop insurance scheme scam, electricity meter purchase scam, medical equipment purchase scam, sugar mill scam, Amrit Yojana scam, road construction scam, stadium construction scam, Ayushman Yojana scam, Gurugram Municipal Corporation scam, and
Faridabad Municipal Corporation scam, which are still fresh in the minds of the people, he alleged.
Deepender said the BJP government had caused a lot of damage to Haryana in the last 10 years. “The BJP has derailed development and prosperity and has made the state number 1 in unemployment, crime, drug addiction and corruption”, he said.
The Congress MP said the state neither got any investment in the private sector nor did the government create any employment opportunities. “The result of this was that the youth of the state were forced to migrate through ‘Donkey’ route. The government exploited the youth in the name of recruitment and gave dates after dates. As soon as the Congress government comes to power, two lakh vacant government posts will be filled on merit as per the job calendar and the youth will be given joining dates,” he said.
