The union members, in a message circulated today, asked employees to gather in a large number at the PUDA Complex near Kapurthala chowk from where they will take out a protest march in the nearby markets and localities on Monday.

Tejinder Singh, state president of the union, expressed disappointment over the government’s failure to fulfil their demands despite several protests in the past.
