The kindergarten wing of the school celebrated Green Day. The day began with a special plantation drive, where children, along with their teachers, planted saplings in the school garden. To further enrich the experience, a vegetable vendor was invited to the school. The vendor set up a colourful display of fresh green vegetables and engaged with the children, explaining the benefits of each vegetable and the importance of including them in their diet. The celebration continued with a series of fun games and activities, all centred around the colour green. From treasure hunts for green objects to painting with different shades of green, the activities were designed to make learning fun and interactive. The children also participated in a ‘Green Fashion Show’, where they proudly displayed their green-themed outfits. The day concluded with a small gathering where teachers praised the efforts of the children and reminded them of the significance of conserving nature.
