DAV Model School, Sector 15-A, Chandigarh

‘Run for DAV’ was accomplished by approximately 500 students and teachers from DAV, Sector 15, Chandigarh, KB DAV, Sector 7, Chandigarh, DAV Public School, Sector 8-C, Chandigarh, CL Aggarwal DAV, Sector 7, Chandigarh, DAV, Sector 39, Chandigarh, and DAV, Mohali. The run started from Sukhna Lake and culminating at Rose Garden, Sector 16, Chandigarh. The event was well coordinated under the guidance of State Coordinator Anuja Sharma, Principal, DAV-15, and physical education teachers of all DAV schools. The boys ran for 5 km. The girls and teachers ran for 2 km. In the teachers (female) category, Sonal of DAV-15 stood first, Ginni Sharma of DAV-8C second, Rita of KBDAV third, and Kritika of DAV-15 fourth. In the teachers (male) category, Dhiraj of DAV-15 stood first, Gagan of DAV-15 second, Vishal of DAV-15 third and Vishal of CL DAV fourth. In the boys’ category, Daksh and Sohit of KB DAV stood first, Damanpreet of KB DAV second, Harsh of DAV Public School, Sector 8-C, Chandigarh, third and Mridul of DAV-15 fourth. In the girls’ category, Vaidhai of DAV-39 stood first, Kritika and Diya of DAV Public School, Sector 8-C, Chandigarh, second and third, respectively, and Sanjana of KBDAV fourth.
