A retired Block Development Officer (BDO) in Sirsa was defrauded of Rs 22 lakh through a cyber scam. The police have arrested four suspects in Manali, Himachal Pradesh. According to the Superintendent of Police, Vikrant Bhushan, the arrested individuals were found to possess Rs 75,000 of the stolen money, five mobile phones, some ATM cards and chequebooks.
