Constitution Day events: Governor to be chief guest in Sonepat, CM in Kurukshetra
On the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of India, Constitution Day celebrations will be held across the state. Haryana Governor Bandaru Dattatraya will be the Chief Guest at Sonepat, while Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini will grace the programme in Kurukshetra.
The Chief Secretary's Office has today released a list of Ministers, Members of Parliament (MPs), and Members of Legislative Assembly (MLAs) who will participate as chief guests in various programmes organised across all 22 districts of the state.
According to this list, in Sonepat, along with Governor Bandaru Dattatraya, Rai MLA Krishna Gehlawat, local MLA Nikhil Madaan, Kharkhoda MLA Pawan Kharkhoda and Ganaur MLA Devender Kadyan will also be present. In Kurukshetra, along with Saini, local MP Naveen Jindal will also participate in the programme.
In Karnal district, Vidhan Sabha Speaker Harvinder Kalyan along with Assandh MLA Yoginder Singh Rana, local MLA Jagmohan Anand and Nilokheri MLA Bhagwan Dass will participate.
Similarly, in Yamunanagar district, Agriculture Minister Shyam Singh Rana along with local MLA Ghanshyam Dass will also be present in the programme.
In Panchkula district, Social Justice and Empowerment Minister Krishan Kumar Bedi along with Kalka MLA Shakti Rani Sharma will participate in the celebrations. In Rohtak, Rajya Sabha MP Kiran Choudhry will be present in the programme along with Rajya Sabha MP Ram Chander Jangra.
