Clear signal, Congress forming govt: Hooda
Former Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda, along with wife Asha Hooda, son Deepender Hooda, daughter-in-law Shweta Hooda and other family members, today cast his vote at native Sanghi village under the Garhi Sampla-Kiloi constituency from where he is contesting the Assembly polls.
Hooda, a five-time MLA and four-time former MP, was welcomed by women at the polling booth setup at a community centre by singing folk songs. He too expressed his gratitude with folded hands. The two-time former CM visited several villages of his constituency to take stock of the situation and also relished ‘gol gappe’ at a shop in Bhalaut village. He also interacted with his supporters on the occasion.
“Huge enthusiasm among electors is a clear indication that the Congress is coming back to power with a thumping majority,” he said.
