Class XII student wins appreciation
Gurugram: Saahil Ahuja, a Class XII student of Sriram School, got a special ‘appreciation letter’ from Gurugram Police Commissioner Vikas Kumar Arora for his outstanding contribution as a Cyber ambassador during the 11th edition of the Gurugram Cyber Security Summer Internship Programme. During the internship programme, Ahuja’s dedication to promoting cyber security awareness and digital responsibility among citizens has earned him this well-deserved recognition.
Two die in road mishap
Gurugram: Two colleagues of a cargo company riding the scooter died when their scooter collided with the wall of the underpass in the Sadar police station area. The police have handed over the bodies of the deceased to their kin after a postmortem today. The police said the deceased were identified as Jagpravesh (23) and Inder Kumar (27). The accident took place at around 3.00 am on October 18, when their scooter lost balance in the Medanta underpass and collided with the wall, causing them serious injuries, causing their deaths.
DoE: Implement 10 bagless days
New Delhi: The Directorate of Education issued guidelines for the implementation of 10 bagless days across government and private schools for students from Class 6 to 8. The guidelines have been developed by the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) as per the recommendation of National Education Policy 2020 and are aimed at making learning at school an experiential, joyful and stress-free experience for students.
