Class I student sets new record for reciting all elements of Mendeleev's periodic table

Six-and-a-half-year-old Devadyuman, a student of Class I of Kundan Vidya Mandir School, Civil Lines, Ludhiana, has brought laurels to the city by getting his name entered into prestigious World Genius Records for orally reciting all elements of Mendeleev’s periodic table in seriatum of their atomic numbers in record time of 1 minute and 13 seconds.
With this feat, Devadyuman also became the youngest record holder to have orally recited full Periodic table in such a short time. After official confirmation from the World Genius Records, Devadyuman was awarded Record Confirmation certificate, World Genius Records trophy, badge, medal & certificate.
The periodic table is one of the most important tools in the history of chemistry as it describes the properties & atomic structure of all the elements known to mankind. However, setting records is nothing new for this little boy as his name features in the India Book of Records for having recited the capitals of all countries of the world in a record time of 2 min 19 seconds. Devadyuman is also the winner of *India Star Icon Kids Achievers award 2021 and was conferred with Pratibha Samman Baal Rattan Award for extra ordinary academic and cultural excellence.
Devadyuman’s mother is Additional District & Sessions Judge at Ludhiana and his father is a paediatrician.
