Prime Video has released a high-octane new clip from Citadel: Diana, the upcoming Italian spy series born from the world of Citadel. The clip debuted during Prime Video Presents: Trailblazers, a celebration of the women on and off screen at Prime Video and Amazon MGM Studios. Matilda De Angelis sat down alongside Bryce Dallas Howard (Deep Cover) and Maria Sten (Reacher) to discuss the reinvention of the action genre and the importance of the action heroine within Prime Video’s slate.

All six episodes of Citadel: Diana will premiere worldwide on October 10 exclusively on Prime Video.

The new clip offers a sneak peek at the upcoming series and sees Diana (Matilda De Angelis) hunting her opponent in a high-octane action sequence set against the Cretto di Gibellina in Sicily, a stunning gigantic land artwork by Alberto Burri. Citadel: Diana is an Italian twist on the spy genre — a character-driven spy story with action, featuring almost 850 stunts, hundreds of cars, high-tech spy gadgets, and adrenaline-fuelled scenes like that seen in the clip, which featured a nearly 450-mt long zip-line flight!
