The Chandigarh Industrial and Tourism Development Corporation (CITCO) in collaboration with the Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) inaugurated the modernised retail outlet of the CITCO petrol pump in Sector 56, Chandigarh, today. The state-of-the-art facility was officially handed over for the public by Ajay Chagti, Chairman, CITCO, in the presence of Hari Kallikkat, MD, CITCO, Amit Kumar, Chief General Manager, CITCO, and Jitendra Kumar, Executive Director, IOCL.

This significant milestone marks a continuation of the long-standing partnership between CITCO & IOCL, spanning over 15 years and their plan to extend the association for another 20 years for this petrol pump. The collaboration has been pivotal in maintaining high standards of service at CITCO’s petrol pump.

The high-selling retail outlet, recently upgraded to meet evolving customer expectations, boasts significant enhancements aimed at improving service quality and reducing fuelling time.

Chagti expressed his satisfaction at the completion of the project. “This initiative reflects our unwavering commitment to enhancing public convenience and ensuring top-notch service delivery. The modernised petrol pump will provide an upgraded experience to customers, including improved infrastructure and allied services,” he said.
