Three of 8 complaints received at samadhan camps resolved on spot
Under the guidance of Deputy Commissioner Monika Gupta, samadhan camps were organised on Thursday at the offices of Municipal Corporation, Panchkula, in Sector 4 and Municipal Council, Kalka. In the camp, eight problems were put before the officials concerned by the residents, out of which three were resolved on the spot.
Confirming this, Additional Deputy Commissioner and Municipal Corporation Commissioner Aparajita said eight complaints were received in the camp, out of which three complaints related to property ID were resolved on the spot. Piyush Agarwal, a resident of Sector 17, and Anil Verma, a resident of Sector 26, urged the officials to update their mobile numbers in the property IDs. Surendra Prasad, a resident of Sector 19, wanted to get an incorrect ID removed from two of his properties. Vikas Manch Panchkula appealed to remove the problems arising due to the railway underpass.
He said the problems and complaints of the people of the city would be heard by organising a samadhan camp every working day from 9 am to 11 am at the MC offices in Sector 4 and Kalka. The complaints received in the camp would be resolved as soon as possible. He urged city residents to submit their complaints and problems related to the MC between 9 am and 11 am.
