Over 24 riders from the region pitted their skills at the Tent-pegging National Qualifiers at the Chandigarh Horse Riding Society (CHRS) at Sector 51 on Friday.

Adhiraj Toor and Veerpal Klaer of CHRS cleared their second regional qualifier, making the cut for the national championships. Punjab Police DIG Inderveer Singh also cleared his second national qualifier today.

Suhawa (13) cleared her first national qualifier, while Saavia (10) was second in the kids category.
