The school organised its 3rd ‘Annual Academic Day’. Lt Gen Rajesh Pushkar, GOC, 2 Corps, felicitated the ISC and ICSE toppers for the 2023-24 session with medals, books and cash prizes. In addition, students with exceptional academic achievements were honoured. The other trophies presented were: The Air Force Trophy, the Mrinal Dutta Trophy, inter-house trophies, the Badhaur Medal and the First Decade Medal. Director Maj Gen TPS Waraich (VSM) presented the annual report for the session.

Tribune School, Chandigarh

The school organised an informative workshop on cybersecurity for students of classes IX to XII. The session was led by Rajesh Rana, founder-director of Stellar Data Solutions Private Limited. Rana is a renowned expert with over 30 years of experience in the field. His workshop, titled ‘Navigating the Digital World: Opportunities, Challenges, and Responsibilities for Teens’, focused on educating students about responsible digital uses, the challenges of excessive social media and how to navigate the online world safely. The workshop concluded with an interactive session.

Kids ‘R’ Kids, Chandigarh

Students of the primary wing of the school recently visited Government Art Museum, Sector 10. The educational excursion aimed at enhancing their understanding of art, history and culture. During their visit, the students learned about the evolution of human beings and dinosaurs. They explored various exhibits showcasing ancient coins which provided insights into the economic history of India. The museum also featured sculptures of Buddha, allowing students to appreciate the rich spiritual heritage.

Shishu Niketan School, Nayagaon

The school organised the annual function ‘Blossom-2024’. Mohali District Education Officer Ginny Duggal graced the occasion and distributed awards. Director Principal Amita Khorana addressed the students at the event. The programme featured an array of cultural performances, showcasing the evolution of education. The event was organised under the theme ‘Save Trees and Environment’ and ‘Beti Bachao Beti Padhao’. The tiny tots of pre-nursery and nursery presented a circus themed play.
