A Mohali court on Tuesday dismissed the bail application of Jarnail Singh Bajwa, Managing Director of Bajwa Developer Ltd, Sunny Enclave, Kharar.

A case under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120 of the IPC at the State Crime Branch, Mohali, was registered agsint Bajwa ealier this year.

On October 1, a court had dismissed his bail application in nine cases of criminal breach of trust and cheating registered in 2024. All cases were registered at the NRI police station. Bajwa was arrested on August 30 in connection with a case registered in 2022 under Section 174-A.
