2 travel agents in police net

Mohali: The police have arrested two travel agents for duping people of Rs90 lakh on the pretext of sending them abroad. The suspects have been identified as Harish Kumar, a resident of Panchkula, and Ashish Kumar, a resident of Dhakoli. They were running an immigration firm – The Planet Bulls – in Phase 2. Shivdeep Singh Brar, SHO of the Phase 1 police station, said: “A case under Sections 420, 406 and 34 of the IPC and Section 13 of the Punjab Travel Professional Regulation Act – 2013 has been registered against the duo. The court sent them to two-day police remand.” TNS
