Punjab Open Endurance Championship from September 27
Punjab Open Endurance Equestrian Championship will be organised from September 27 to 29 at Mullanpur. Equestrians from Punjab and other states will participate in the championship, which will feature two endurance events (20km and 40km rides) for senior and young riders.
“Equestrian endurance is a sport that tests the stamina of both horse and rider over long distances. Riders must manage their horse’s pace, ensuring their well-being throughout the race, with veterinary checks ensuring horses are fit to continue. This championship is part of an ongoing effort to promote equestrian sports in the region, encouraging public interest and highlighting the need for support from both the public and authorities for future growth,” said President, District Equestrian Association Mohali, Col Sarpartap Singh.
