Provisional merit list released for admission in colleges affiliated to Panjab University

Chandigarh, July 8

The Department of Higher Education released the provisional merit list for admission under various courses in local colleges affiliated to the PU.

The final allotment of colleges will be issued on July 10. Sources said around 16,000 seats will be open to students of undergraduate courses. There will be around 3,000 seats for postgraduate courses.

In case of any discrepancy the applicants can report it along with reason/proof thereof at www.dhe.chd.gov.in or eAdmission by July 9.

The admissions will be for 11 affiliated colleges. The first online counselling will be held on July 12 for the UT pool and on July 1 for the general pool (outside UT). The second online counselling will be held on July 18 for the UT pool and the following day for the general pool (outside UT).
