Farmers of dozens of villages staged a massive dharna at the T-point on Airport Road. There was complete blockade on the Landran-Banur road, at Banur and the national highway leading to Landran from 12 noon to 3 pm. Similarly, a large number of people from Bhagomajra village staged a protest on Baba Banda Singh Bahadur Marg. The police had a tough time in diverting vehicles to clear traffic jam on main roads. However, protesters gave way to ambulances passing through protest sites.

A newly married couple Jasdeep Singh and Amarjit Kaur of Phase 4 joined dharna at Madanpur Chowk after tying the nuptial knot at a gurdwara adjoining Yadvindra Public School in Mohali. They demanded that the Centre should repeal farm laws.
