Fed up with dirty roads, piles of garbage in their wards and choked sewage lines, six councillors of the Mohali MC staged a protest outside Mayor Amarjit Singh Sidhu’s office this morning. They waited for three hours, but the Mayor did not come to the office.

AAP councillors Aruna Vashisht (Ward 25), Gurmeet Kaur (Ward 50), Gurpreet Kaur (Ward 37), Ramanjeet Kaur (Ward 39) and Ramanpreet Kaur (Ward 28), Congress councillor Pramod Mitra (Ward 36) and ex-councillor Rajni Goel were part of the protest.
