The police have arrested a Sector 46 resident and booked three others for stabbing a man in the basement of a Zirakpur hotel on Thursday.

Khushhaal Kumar (21) was stabbed in the abdomen and sustained serious injuries. Cops said two groups were celebrating birthdays in a hotel when a brawl broke out after which Vijay, a flower seller, stabbed Khushhaal. The attackers reportedly left the knife in the victim’s stomach and fled the spot.
