KB DAV School, Sector 7, defeated Roll Runners 18-0 in the boys’ cadet roller hockey event on the opening day of the Chandigarh State Roller Hockey Championship.

The Sector 10 Coaching Centre recorded a 9-0 win over Ryan International School, Sector 49. Ryan International (B Team) posted a 5-0 win over Wind Chasers, while Ryan International (A team) beat Roller Jets 6-0. The girls’ team of Sector 10 Coaching Centre defeated Roll Runners 14-0 and Ryan International drubbed Wind Chasers 3-0.

In the boys’ subjunior category, the Sector 10 centre beat KB Dav lads 15-0, while Ryan International School KB DAV (A team) 2-1. Ryan International defeated their B team 3-2. KBDAV (B team) got better of Sector 10 team 11-0 in the girls’ subjunior event. Ryan International girls also moved ahead by defeating Roller Jets (B team) 4-1.

The men’s senior team of Roommates defeated Roller Jets (B team) 3-1, and Chandigarh A Team beat KB DAV squad 3-2. The women’s team of Ryan Hawks posted a 3-2 win over Rollrunners, and Ryan International defeated KB DAV women’s team 2-1.

In the boys’ junior event, Roller Jets ( A team) posted a one-sided 9-0 win over Wind Chasers, and Roller Jets (B team) posted a 10-0 win over Ryan International in the inline event.
