Congress candidate Chander Mohan visited various villages in Barwala division as part of his election campaign in the Panchkula Assembly segment. While he was joined by his wife during public meetings, his son and daughter held separate public meetings in his support.

Chander Mohan said everyone was unhappy with the policies of the BJP. “People have made up their mind to get rid of the BJP government,” he said.

The Congress leader said he had been associated with Panchkula for the past 40 years. “I am familiar with every village and every problem of people. We will ensure that their all problems are resolved on priority. We will ensure better employment in the state,” he said.

The Congress nominee held public meetings in Rehod, Alipur Town, Khangesara, Mattawala, Jaloli, Toka, Nangal, Shyamtu and MDC, Panchkula.
