e-auction of special numbers from July 13 in Chandigarh

The Registering and Licensing Authority (RLA) will hold an e-auction of special registration numbers of the new series, CH01-CV, along with a re-auction of the leftover fancy numbers of the previous series from July 13 to 15.

The registration for the e-auction of numbers in the CH01-CV series, along with the re-auction of the leftover fancy/special registration numbers of the old series will start on July 6 at 10 am and will continue till July 12 till 5 pm. The e-bidding will start from July 13 at 10 am and will continue till 5 pm on July 15.

The owner of the vehicle can register on the National Transport website: https://vahan.parivahan.gov.in/fancy and the link of the same is available on the Chandigarh Administration, Transport Department website: www.chdtransport.gov.in, to obtain the unique acknowledgement number (UAN). The owner of the vehicle who has purchased the vehicle at a Chandigarh address will only be allowed to participate in the e-auction.
