Top performing top eight men and eight women fencers were selected to participate in this championship.

“I am not only the youngest player in the Indian squad, but probably in the entire tournament. Around 150 top fencers of the world will participate in this championship. I am looking forward to bring home gold,” said Kashvi, a student of Carmel Convent School, Sector 9.
