A capacity-building and induction programme by CBSE concluded at Shivalik Public School, Sector 78, Mohali on Monday. Led by resource persons Ranjana Bharadwaj and Harsimran Kaur, the programme focused on enhancing teaching strategies, CBSE curriculum, School Quality Assessment and Accreditation, and Holistic Progress Card.

Educators benefited from interactive sessions, creative activities and valuable insights, leaving them motivated and equipped to implement innovative teaching practices. Principal Rupinder Brar said Gurkiranjeet Nalwa, principal of Shivalik Public School, Sector 41, had said that it was a holistic programme, which benefited the teachers. He said, “They were apprised of best teaching processes and taught how to make the pupils easily understand complex subjects.”
