Dera Bassi: Five youths snatched the mobile phones and Rs 17,000 from three scooty-borne youths on the Barwala-Dera Bassi road around 3:30 pm on Wednesday. Atul Kumar, a resident of Barwala, said he and his two friends, Satish and Sushil, stopped to relieve themselves.
