The State Special Operations Cell (SSOC) has arrested gangster Lawrence Bishnoi’s henchman Rajat Saharan with illegal weapons. A resident of Ramgarh village in Kaithal, he was arrested on the Zirakpur-Ambala highway.

Two pistols, one of which was a countrymade weapon, and a magazine have been recovered from him. A case has been registered under Sections 25(1)(b) and 61(2) of the Arms Act.

The investigation revealed that Rajat worked for the Lawrence Bishnoi gang and supplied weapons to its members to perpetrate crime in Punjab. TNS
