Arjunveer Singh and Akul Bhanot scored centuries for Chandigarh in their respective matches of the ongoing 2nd Balramji Das Tandon Memorial Cricket Tournament. While Arjunveer scored 130 off 148 balls, studded with 21 boundaries and four sixes, for Chandigarh B team against Punjab, Bhanot came up with a brilliant 158 off 48 balls, studded with 20 boundaries and eight sixes, against Mizoram for Chandigarh A.

The host team of Chandigarh A team amassed 313/5 before declaring their innings against Mizoram. In reply, Mizoram bundled out at 42 as Abhay Singh claimed 5/6, while Ranvir Ahuja claimed 4/17 for Chandigarh.
